Apartments Near a Baseball Stadium?

There are only so many places you can build apartment buildings, especially if the area doesn’t have a lot of space, like an already-crowded city. I recently read about a “baseball-oriented development.” The D.C. area, where this stadium is located, is experiencing a renaissance, and people seem eager to live in the nearby condos and apartment buildings, though the writer of the piece is attributing more residents to the local condos to having nowhere else to live than to the appeal of living near a stadium.
