Demand for Property/Community Managers was more than three times greater than the U.S. average in Portland and Austin.
Over 13,000 rental housing jobs were available during October, representing 41.0 percent of the real estate sector. Indianapolis; San Antonio; Columbus, Ohio; Austin, Texas; and Raleigh, N.C.; ranked top five metro areas for apartment job demand. In the spotlight this month are Property/Community Managers.
