AMG Realty Offloads Ohio Community
A private investor acquired the 66-unit asset in Columbus’ North Linden submarket for $2.1 million. This marks the community’s second ownership transfer this year.
AMG Realty Group has sold the Cambridge Apartments, a 66-unit Class C community in Columbus, Ohio. The buyer, a private investor, paid $2.1 million for the asset, according to Yardi Matrix. In July, the seller divested from another of its holdings, a 512-unit property in Albuquerque, N.M.
The sale comes shortly after AMG acquired the community at the beginning of the year from a local private investor.
Located at 3170 Cleveland Ave. in the city’s North Linden submarket, the three-story building is positioned approximately 6 miles north of downtown Columbus. The Northern Lights Shopping Center operates three blocks north of the community, offering a variety of shopping and dining options to residents. Three city buses operate routes adjacent to the property, providing access to the wider area.
The building contains a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, with floorplans ranging from 550 to 890 square feet. Amenities include two laundry facilities and one parking space per apartment.
