American Landmark Apartments has acquired a pair of new apartment communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.

The properties, Domain at Founders Parc and Alta Spring Creek, feature a total of 510 apartments. Alta Spring Creek will be rebranded under the name The ReVe.

The communities will undergo a total of $750,000 in interior and exterior capital improvements.

Located at 880 W. Euless Blvd. in Euless, Texas, Domain at Founders Parc was built last year and offers one- to three-bedroom units. Features and finishes include wood-style flooring, ceiling fans, wine racks, contemporary cabinets and fixtures and large closets. A resident dog park and dog wash are among common-area amenities.

With an address at 6310 Naaman Forest Blvd. in Garland, Texas, Alta Spring Creek offers studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Residences feature walk-in closets, USB charging ports, Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer and storage units. Among the common-area amenities is private meeting and conference space.

Expanded presence

The acquisitions add to American Landmark’s 45 properties across the Lone Star State, and its 20 properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Domain at Founders Parc is a 13-minute drive from Tarrant County College and a 16-minute drive from the University of Texas at Arlington. Three shopping centers are within an eight- to 12-minute drive of the apartment community. Parks and recreation nearby include River Legacy Parks and Trinity River Mountain Creek Preserve.

Alta Spring Creek is a 14-minute drive from the University of Texas at Dallas and a 15-minute drive from Collin County Community College. Three shopping centers are situated within a four-minute drive. Spring Creek Forest Preserve and Creek Hollow Park represent two of the many parks and recreational areas in the area.

The company has also been actively growing its national portfolio over the last few months. In May, American Landmark acquired a 270-unit community in Jacksonville, Fla.
