Growing Multifamily Demand
The Dallas MSA has gained more than 100,000 jobs over the past 12 months. In the same period, almost 75,000 new residents have been added. American Landmark officials have become very familiar with the metropolitan area while acquiring 16 previous properties in the Metroplex and believe demand will continue to increase.
Four Corners Apartments offers residents a location convenient to major employers and important transportation routes. A 10-minute ride puts residents on Dallas Parkway, with direct access into the central business district and surrounding neighborhoods of Dallas.
Major private employers in Frisco include Amerisource Bergen Specialty Group, Conifer Health Solutions and T-Mobile. Stonebriar Centre, a shopping mall with more than 100 stores and restaurants, provides access to shopping destinations including IKEA.
The University of Texas at Dallas is 25 minutes away. Arbor Hills Nature Preserve and Lewisville Lake Learning Center are both within 14 miles of the property, while Toyota Stadium, home of the FC Dallas soccer team, is less than 10 minutes away.
