Valdosta, Ga.—RISE: A Real Estate Company, formerly Ambling University Development Group, unveiled the company’s new name and branding.
The company’s name—which is short for Reasonable and Reliable, Inspired and Impactful, Serve and Simplify, Experienced and Empowering—defines its mission and incorporates the attributes team members follow.
RISE is keeping in place the seasoned executive team that has more than 75 years of combined experience. Over the past two decades, the team has overseen the development of more than 70 projects in 21 states totaling more than 15 million square feet of properties valued at more than $2.3 billion.
Through its innovative developments, the company aims to improve lives one person at a time, and the new name will serve as a reminder of its guiding principles.
