Allied Orion Group’s 242-unit exclusive mid-rise apartment community, Eighteen25, is now leasing. The property, slated to open in August, is located in the heart of downtown Houston at 1825 San Jacinto St., off I-45 and U.S. 59. St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Discovery Green Park, Minute Maid Park, the Houston Museum District, Texas Medical Center and the University of Houston are nearby, and both Houston airports are easily accessible.

The community offers a unit mix ranging from studios to two-bedroom floor plans and townhomes. Amenities include polished concrete floors, white quartz countertops with under mount sinks, stainless steel appliances, nine-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows in select units, balconies, as well as designer elements. Common area amenities include a rooftop pool deck overlooking the Houston skyline with a kitchen lounge area and hydro massage station, fitness center with separate yoga and cycle rooms, a park-like courtyard, business center, parking garage, 24-hour package pick-up, 24-hour dry cleaning concierge service, dog park and exterior color-changing lighting.

Allied Orion Group partnered with Houston WB5 and ATMA to provide equity for the development. According to Yardi Matrix data, the $37 million construction loan was funded by Bancorp South Bank.
