Affordable apartment communities Trove Eastside in southeast Austin and Trove Southtown in San Antonio are being placed under the management aegis of multifamily investment, construction and property management firm Allied Orion Group (AOG).

The company’s appointment by owner Trinsic Residential Group to manage both properties enables AOG to add 532 units and expand its growing presence and management portfolio in the Texas capital as well as the Alamo City.

“A combination of long-term relationships and Allied Orion Group’s deep experience providing management and compliance services for tax credit-affordable properties,” made AOG the choice for the assignment, Loyal Proffitt, president of AOG, told Multi-Housing News. “Trinsic and AOG are both committed to providing a quality experience to each and every one of our residents.”

Trove Eastside

With an address at 2201 Montropolis Drive, Trove Eastside is located off East Riverside Drove and East Ben White Blvd. The pet-friendly apartment community is conveniently located to downtown Austin and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, and also puts residents near the University of Texas, regional employers, medical centers, parks and recreation, retail venues, restaurants and nightlife.

Trove Eastside features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments offering ceiling fans, window coverings, nine-foot-high ceilings, in-unit washer and dryer connections and balconies or patios. A fully-equipped playground is among prominent amenities.

Trove Southtown

Situated at 301 East Cevallos St., Trove Southtown features loft-style apartment homes and townhomes. The apartment community is located in downtown San Antonio near the King William District and Blue Star Arts Complex.

The pet-friendly community offers loft-style floorplans, walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings and, in two-story townhomes, private entrances. A club room is among the property’s higher-profile amenities.

“Incrementally I don’t think we will encounter challenges beyond what is normal for this story of transition,” Proffitt reported. “With that said, Trinsic and AOG are two great organizations with deep resources and we look forward to meeting whatever challenges are presented to us.”
