A joint venture between AHV Communities and Bristol Group has begun vertical construction on Pradera, a single-family rental community in San Antonio. Pre-leasing is set to begin during the third quarter of 2018, with move-ins scheduled for the fourth quarter.
Pradera will offer 250 luxury, detached homes. The three- and four-bedroom homes will feature two-car garages, quartz countertops, LED lighting, front and backyards and energy-saving stainless-steel appliances. Residents will have access to amenities including:
- clubhouse with Wi-Fi
- cafe style working areas
- community kitchen
- swimming pool
- state-of-the-art fitness center
- dog park
- walking trails
- on-site maintenance and management
The community is located on Culebra Road, in the Northside Independent School District. Pradera is within close proximity to Loop 1604 and is surrounded by several new developments including Westover Hills, Alamo Ranch, Culebra Commons and Alamo Sportsplex. Nearly 350,000 jobs are within a 25-minute drive of the property, including major employers such as Microsoft, Frost Bank, USAA, QVC, Wells Fargo, Valero and Methodist Hospital.
