After debuting its plans only two months ago, Asset Campus Housing completed the construction of Domain at Tallahassee, a 125-unit student housing community serving Florida State University students. ACH is serving as both manager and developer of the property.
The two five-story buildings feature a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units ranging in size from 659 to 1,399 square feet. Common area amenities include:
- 24-hour fitness center
- resort-style pool
- three private group study rooms
- poolside hammock areas
- outdoor fire pit
- free tanning
- outdoor grilling stations
- resident lounge and coffee bar
Located at 700 W. Virginia St., the 434-bed community sits on approximately 3.7 acres. Domain at Tallahassee is situated half a mile from Florida State University. Additionally, a mix of shopping, restaurant and entertainment venues such as Carter Howell Strong Park, Bobby Bowden Field at Doak Campbell Stadium, Oglesby Union and Taco Bell are nearby.
“The Domain Tallahassee project is one in which we are wearing two hats—developer and manager,” Asset Campus Housing CEO Michael McGrath, said in prepared remarks. “We have developed the property and designed the Domain Tallahassee using our extensive operator knowledge for the amenities and units.”
