CA Quartet Scores $146M Financing

Watermarke Properties Inc. has received $145.681 million in financing for four different multifamily properties located in California, totaling 930 units.
HFF secured four separate 10-year, fixed-rate securitized loans with Freddie Mac’s CME Program, which will be serviced by HFF.
“We are excited to have structured fixed-rate loans with excellent economic terms on Watermarke’s behalf through our strong relationship with Freddie Mac,” Greg Brown, HFF’s senior director, said.
Adagio on the Green
Located at 26600 Oso Parkway in Orange County’s Mission Viejo, the 256-unit Adagio on the Green is situated adjacent to the Mission Viejo Country Club. Units feature quartz stone countertops, custom cabinetry and fully appointed kitchens with designer finishes. All units also offer a private balcony or patio.
Community amenities include a salt water pool and spa with a sun deck, a cardio club, a modern workspace, a complimentary Starbucks coffee bar, electric vehicle charging stations and a lounge with private meeting nooks and entertaining kitchen with group seating.
One11Apartments
Located at 111 W. Harrison St., in the Riverside County community of Corona, the 178-unit One11 Apartments boast designer cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, wood-inspired flooring and quartz countertops. Community amenities include a fitness studio with cardio and strength training, an indoor/outdoor living lounge and electric vehicle charging stations. The community is adjacent to the new Corona Metro Retail Center and is within walking distance of the Corona Metrolink Station.
Park Place at Fair Oaks
The 288-unit Park Place at Fair Oaks is located at 9800 Fair Oaks Boulevard in the city of Fair Oaks and offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, featuring stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinetry and private balconies. Community amenities include a 17-acre park, business center, fitness center, four pools and a tennis court.
Hazel Ranch Apartments
The 208-unit Hazel Ranch Apartments are located at 8842 Winding Way in Fair Oaks and offers one- and two-bedroom apartments boasting granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a gas fireplace.
