Venterra Unveils Suburban Houston Community

The community is operated under the developer's brand of sound-dampening properties.

Venterra Realty has completed and opened Camber Ridge at Cross Creek Ranch, a 312-unit multifamily community located in Fulshear, Texas, about 30 miles west of Houston. The property began construction in March of last year.

Located at 5900 Texas Heritage Parkway, Camber Ridge at Cross Creek Ranch is a three-story building that offers one- and two-bedroom layouts that range from 650 to 1,300 square feet in size. Features and finishes of units at the pet-friendly community include two-inch blinds, app-enabled Smart door locks, quartz countertops, vinyl flooring, large kitchen islands, tile backsplashes, full-size washer-dryers and detached garages.

Common-area amenities include a swimming pool and outdoor lounge, co-working spaces, a fitness center with a yoga room, multiple dog parks, a pet spa and Smart Package lockers. The community also has resident conference rooms, covered reserved parking, outdoor social space, clubhouse kitchens, poolside grilling areas and private offices.

In addition, the property is a part of Venterra Realty’s Quiet Building brand, which minimizes noise and promotes well-being through sound-dampening construction and mindful design.

Addressing concerns

“As with many multifamily developments, there were initial concerns from some residents about building apartments on this site,” Venterra CEO John Foresi told Multi-Housing News. “Rather than viewing that as a setback, we embraced it as an opportunity to engage early and share our vision for Camber Ridge. It allowed us the opportunity to highlight the high quality of our community and showcase how Camber would seamlessly complement the surrounding neighborhood while overall enhancing the long-term value of Cross Creek Ranch.”

Camber Ridge at Cross Creek Ranch is within a seven-minute drive of three shopping centers. The community is situated near major highways, among them the Texas Heritage Parkway and Interstate 10, which enable convenient access to greater Houston.

Three months ago, 3 Points Realty Partners acquired Lakes at Madera, a 392-unit community in the Houston-area city of Baytown, Texas.
