Trilogy Unveils Suburban Phoenix Townhomes
Residents will move in later this season.
Trilogy Investment Co. has taken the wraps off Rēv3 at Encanto West, a new 84-unit build-to-rent townhome located community in Avondale, Ariz., a western suburb of Phoenix. Situated in a municipality in the rapidly-expanding West Valley, the community is currently in lease-up, with the initial move-ins expected this autumn. Trilogy is developing the project alongside Cimbra Partners LLC.
The Trilogy team confronted two challenges in completing the Rēv3 at Encanto West development. The first was “municipal staff changes affecting our ability to process the final permit through the approval process,” Jason Joseph, CEO and managing partner of Trilogy Investment Company, told Multi-Housing News.
The second? “Utility related changes at the property level and surrounding properties. Both of these items caused 12-plus months of delay.”
Smart home
Features and finishes of the three-bedroom, 2-1/2-bathroom townhouses include open-concept layouts, in-unit washer-dryers, above-standard ceiling heights, digital locks, private balconies and patios, attached garages and private backyards. Among the community’s common-area amenities are a pool with cabanas, as well as a clubhouse with gathering spaces, a fitness center, outdoor grilling areas and high-speed internet access.

Rēv3 at Encanto West sits at the intersections of Encanto Blvd. and North Avondale Blvd. Future residents will have near direct access to I-10 and Loop 101, placing them minutes away from downtown Phoenix, as well as prominent job hubs that include employers such as Luke Air Force Base and Amazon. State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, Roosevelt Row Arts District and Estella Mountain Regional Park are nearby. Rēv3 at Encanto West represents TIC’s second Avondale development.
The Valley of the Sun has seen sizeable activity on the build-to-rent development front, particularly for affordable properties. In July, Dominium started development of Townhomes on Earley, a 278-unit affordable property taking shape in Casa Grande. Two months prior, Lincoln Avenue Communities broke ground on The Ranches at Gunsmoke, a 271-unit affordable single-family rental property in Maricopa.
