BrooklynNew York—New York developer Adam America, in partnership with The Horizon Group, is reveling in the success of its new 53 Broadway community in Brooklyn’s South Williamsburg neighborhood after nearly two-thirds of the building’s apartments were leased in its first three weeks on the market.

“We truly believed in this location as Williamsburg’s next hot spot,” says Omri Sachs, a co-founder of Adam America. “A key philosophy of our development strategy is to seek out and invest in properties in neighborhoods on the verge of a major boom.”

According to the company, 75 percent of the community’s renters have come from Manhattan.

The 75-unit, seven-story mixed-use community, which is exclusively managed by aptsandlofts.com, offers studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom with a den and two-bedroom floor plans that all feature individually controlled heating and cooling, large closets and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The building itself boasts custom design features such as exposed concrete, high-end finishes on fixtures and natural hardwood that help tie the building into the flourishing water-front neighborhood.

“The design concepts in 53 Broadway are truly more in line with a high-end Brooklyn condominium than a rental development, and the market is gravitating toward the layouts and exceptional finishes offered,” says David Maundrell, president and founder of aptsandlofts.com. “The building’s lobby design is one of the most beautiful in Brooklyn, providing a setting that is inviting and encourages socializing, which today’s renters especially value.”

With regards to amenities, residents have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, a library lounge and communal work area that offers free WiFi, a gaming room with billiards, and roof-top deck that presents sweeping views of iconic landmarks such as the Williamsburg and Manhattan Bridges and the Manhattan skyline.

Inside the units, residents are greeted by stainless steel kitchen appliances, quartz countertops with ceramic backsplashes, while the bathrooms vaunt blended glass mosaic wall tiles, porcelain floor tiles, deep soaking tubs and custom medicine cabinets. Living areas showcase hardwood flooring and Italian tile.
