“We truly believed in this location as Williamsburg’s next hot spot,” says Omri Sachs, a co-founder of Adam America. “A key philosophy of our development strategy is to seek out and invest in properties in neighborhoods on the verge of a major boom.”
According to the company, 75 percent of the community’s renters have come from Manhattan.
The 75-unit, seven-story mixed-use community, which is exclusively managed by aptsandlofts.com, offers studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom with a den and two-bedroom floor plans that all feature individually controlled heating and cooling, large closets and an in-unit washer and dryer.
The building itself boasts custom design features such as exposed concrete, high-end finishes on fixtures and natural hardwood that help tie the building into the flourishing water-front neighborhood.
