30 Park Place Exceeds $110M in Sales
The high-end tower also celebrated the opening of the Four Seasons Hotel Downtown and Wolfgang Puck's CUT restaurant.
New York—Silverstein Properties exceeded $110 million in sales at 30 Park Place, its luxury condominium building in Tribeca. In the past month, Silverstein closed several deals, including the sale of four penthouse/combination units priced at $20 million and higher. At 926 feet, 30 Park Place is considered the tallest residential building in downtown New York City. The firm originally launched sales at the property in June 2014.
The company also announced the opening of the Four Seasons Hotel Downtown, the inauguration of CUT by Wolfgang Puck restaurant, as well as the unveiling of two model residences by designers Jeffrey Beers and Robert Couturier inside the 82-story tower.
“Buyers at 30 Park Place no longer need to imagine the views, the finishes and the Four Seasons five-star experience—it’s here,” Rob Vecsler, president of residential development for Silverstein Properties, said in a prepared statement. “Amazing things are happening all around us in Tribeca and downtown Manhattan—this neighborhood has surpassed all expectations of what it would become.”
A limited number of one- to five-bedroom residences are still available, ranging from 1,108 square feet to 6,127 square feet in size. All units have access to Four Seasons Hotel services and amenities.
