276-Unit Kansas City Community Opens Doors

Watermark Residential has opened Watermark at Tiffany Springs, a 276-unit community in Kansas City, Mo., according to Yardi Matrix data. The company’s management branch will operate the luxury community.

Located at 9641 N. Ambassador Drive on a 17.7-acre site, the property is close to Interstate 26 and roughly 15 miles north from downtown Kansas City. Several dining and shopping options are within a 5-mile radius of the property and Tiffany Springs Golf Club is less than 2 miles away. Watermark at Tiffany Springs consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, ranging between 772 and 1,676 square feet. Amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, swimming pool and dog park. The community features 26 two-story buildings.

Per Yardi Matrix data, Watermark at Tiffany Springs is Watermark Residential’s first community in the metro, with the company owning multifamily assets in St. Louis, Mo., as well. Watermark Residential is also active in Arkansas, Colorado, Indiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Iowa and Arizona.
