While 2011 is seeing great improvement over prior periods, we're still seeing stress in the markets.
Owner and renter metrics have, in many respects, reverted back to the trends that we were used to seeing almost six years ago, and so I’m expecting to see a return to more conservative decision making on the part of renters and the inevitable impact on property operations.
