Zeller Appointed as President of CAA Board of Directors

Sacramento, Calif.–The California Apartment Association (CAA) has appointed Linda Zeller, a veteran multi-family property management professional with Gerson Bakar & Associates of San Francisco, as president of CAA’s 2011 Board of Directors. Zeller has served on the CAA Board for five years, most recently as a member of the Board’s executive committee.

As president of residential operations, her company specializes in high-quality apartment homes and oversees more than 8,500 apartment units on the west coast. Zeller was president of the South Coast Apartment Association of Orange County and has served as president and on the board of directors of the Housing Industry Foundation, a Bay Area nonprofit.
