WinnResidential Takes Over Management at Six Arizona Properties

Tucson, Ariz.—WinnResidential has assumed management responsibilities at a number of multifamily communities in Arizona.  The property management arm of WinnCompanies will take over management at a half dozen properties belonging to developer and asset manager Highridge Costa Investors.

WinnResidential will assume property management, maintenance and leasing at the following assets: the 60-unit Casa Bonita in Tucson; the 88-unit Florence Park Apartments in Florence; the 156-unit Quail Run Apartments in Peoria; the 65-unit Sonora Vista Apartments in Douglas; the 60-unit Valle del Sur Condominiums in Tucson; and the 116-unit Village Square Apartments in Phoenix.

“It gives us a presence as we expand our West Coast operations,” says Jerry Lemmon, senior vice president, WinnResidential, tells MHN.  “It also allows us to continue to build on assets to the highest potential as well as initiate a long-term client relationship. Ultimately, it provides another opportunity to provide high-quality living for residents.”

The six-property portfolio is comprised of a highly diverse mix of multifamily properties in an equally varied array of locations.

All well maintained and offering community-enhancing programs and activities for residents, the various properties provide seniors housing, affordable housing and market-rate housing.  Some of the properties were also designed to serve special-need residents.  They are scattered throughout Arizona, from Phoenix down to the Mexican border in Douglas, Ariz.
