MHN has a new poll question:Â Package management is becoming a controversial topic in the apartment sector. As residents order more and more items from online vendors, building teams are pushing back. Would you ever consider restricting the number of packages that a resident can receive at your property(s)?

In our previous poll, we asked:Â An NMHC study warns about the adverse economic impact of repealing or limiting section 1031 like-kind exchanges in real estate. Which potential consequence would most negatively impact your business? Of the respondents, 46 percent said that they were equally concerned about increased taxes, decreased property values and returns and a decline in the real estate industry, while 15 percent of the respondents said they weren’t concerned.
