UIP Appoints Valerie Cseplo-Jeffrey, VP, Asset Management

Washington, D.C.–Urban Investment Partners (UIP) of Washington, D.C., has appointed Valerie Cseplo-Jeffrey vice president of asset management and reporting. In this new position, she is responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency and long-term financial planning and management of assets owned and/or managed by UIP.

Cseplo-Jeffrey joins UIP from The Bozzuto Group of Greenbelt, Md., where she worked for eight years in new business development as well as asset and property management. She holds a B.A. degree from the University of Maryland-Baltimore County and an MBA degree from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. She also holds Certified Tax Credit Specialist certification from the National Center for Housing Management.
