Vail Resorts Expands Overseas with $136M Acquisition of Australia’s Largest Mountain Resort
U.S. ski resort operator Vail Resorts has agreed to expand its portfolio with the purchase of the Perisher Ski Resort in New South Wales, Australia for US $136 million (AU $176.6 million).
