UD Details Student Housing Program
The University of Dayton is investing $17 million to upgrade housing in its student neighborhoods. The program will be carried out over the next two years and will help UD accommodate the growing student population and the strong demand for university-owned housing.

UD, Concord Hospitality Buy Dayton Marriott
Last month, the University of Dayton announced that, together with Raleigh, N.C.-based Concord Hospitality, it has acquired the Dayton Marriott Hotel at the western gateway of its campus. The purchase price was $18.5 million. UD and Concord will jointly own the property.

University of Dayton’s $53M GE Aviation EPISCENTER Is the Best Economic Development Project in Ohio
The $53 million, newly constructed GE Aviation EPISCENTER(Electrical Power Integrated System Center) on the University of Dayton's campus is slated to open this December 13. But the facility, finished in August, is already impressing. On October 24, the Ohio Economic Development Association, a not-for-profit association of professionals whose, recognized it as the best economic development project in the state Ohio, in 2013.
