  • New Orleans Creamery Redeveloped Into Loft Apartments

    The Gold Seal Lofts, which were completed about a month ago in New Orleans by developer Domain Cos., are now completely leased. Domain converted the historic former Gold Seal Creamery plant into 31 mixed-income apartments.
