    The U.S. General Services Administration is looking for a developer to build a new headquarters facility for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The agency issued a request for proposals on December 19 and is now waiting to hear back from interested companies. It will pay for the new facility with the J. Edgar Hoover Building on Pennsylvania Avenue.
