Silva, Markham Promoted at ComCap Asset Management

Englewood, Colo.--Alfonso Silva, a veteran multifamily property executive, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ComCap Asset Management Inc., a full service multifamily management company. Vivian Markham, a seasoned multifamily manager with 23 years of experience, was named vice president of the company.

Vivian Markham, a seasoned multifamily manager with 23  years of experience, was named vice president of the company.

In an announcement from Arthur McDermott, principal of the firm, Silva and Markham were praised for their experience, innovation and commitment to the multifamily business. “Alfonso Silva and Vivian Markham are solid, proven multifamily executives who will lead ComCap to the next level,” McDermott says.  “Their innovative systems, leadership styles and ability to attract quality employees and keep them motivated during the economic downturn, bode well for the future. ”

Silva joined ComCap 10 years ago and served as vice president until being named CEO. He began his career as a property supervisor in Santa Barbara, Calif. in 1984.

Markham joined the industry in 1988 as a housekeeper for Carmel Properties. She has served in just about every position in the business, giving her a wealth of practical experience.  Previously regional manager for ComCap, she excels at training and helping employees grow in their positions, as well as developing property budgets.
