There have been several multifamily technology announcements coinciding with the opening of the 2012 NAA Education Conference & Exposition in Boston. Yardi and G5 announced that the two companies have formed an alliance to provide an end-to-end leasing and resident lifecycle offering for multifamily property managers, prospects and residents.
Yardi Resident Portal™ and Yardi Online Leasing™ now integrate seamlessly with G5 SEO-Optimized Websites, as well as other G5 services that drive more visitors to properties. Yardi Resident Portal and Yardi Online Leasing are supported by Yardi PopCard™, a lead tracking and CRM solution that provides automated tracking of prospects with alerts.
Yardi also announced that it will launch Yardi Leasing Pad™ at the NAA conference.
This will provide property managers mobile leasing capabilities as they interact with prospects and residents while walking the community, or offsite. Leasing managers can step a prospect through the leasing process from initial contact to online lease execution, or assist a resident during move in, move out, or renewal—all from their tablet.
