Santa Barbara, Calif.—A new Yardi® and WhiteFence software integration will allow apartment renters to select electric, cable, Internet, phone and rental appliances online immediately upon signing a lease. These services, along with other resources including registering address changes with the U.S. Postal Service, will soon be available at one stop.
Under the Yardi-WhiteFence alignment, leasing agents will be able to complete leases with prospects using Yardi Leasing Pad™ and seamlessly direct residents to the WhiteFence platform to set up utilities and important home services. Renters can also lease an apartment online through RENTCafé™ and immediately equip their new residence with everything they need.
