Woodmont Properties Wins 11 SAM Awards at New Jersey Builders Conference

“Community of the Year” was one of the 11 Sales and Marketing Awards luxury apartment developer Woodmont Properties received at the New Jersey Builders Association’s annual conference.

Atlantic City, N.J.—Woodmont Properties, one of New Jersey’s leaders in the development of luxury apartment communities, has been honored with 11 Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards, including the prestigious “Community of the Year” honor for the 7th time, at the New Jersey Builders Association’s annual conference in Atlantic City.

The company’s Woodmont Station at Cranford received the “Community of the Year for a Rental Community Over $2,000” award. Other notable honors included the “Leasing Club Excellence” award, which recognizes successful leasing professionals. From Woodmont, the honorees were Libby Manicone, Tara Samuel, Kathy Lombardo, James Charlot and William Garrett.

Woodmont Station at Cranford also won Best E-Brochure for a Community, Best Interior Merchandising for a Public Space, Best Sales Office for a Rental Community and Best Clubhouse/Recreation Amenities in a Rental Community.

Woodmont Station at Cranford was designed by Holmdel-based Sonnenfeld and Trocchia Architects. BG Studio International, the property’s NYC-based interior designer, focused on an underlying geometry of intersecting lines, balanced by warm earthy colors as a nod to Cranford’s natural environment.

Meanwhile, Woodmont’s West Side Lofts community won Best Home with an Average Base Rent Over $2,000, Best Web Site; Best Color Ad Over One-Half Page, Best Logo Design for a Rental Community, Best Landscaping Design for a Rental Community and Best Special Promotion.
