Woodmont Breaks Ground on Luxury NJ Community

Woodmont Properties and Baker Residential broke ground on Woodmont Bay Club Bayonne, a luxury multifamily community in Bayonne, N.J. Construction of the development is slated for completion in spring of 2019.
The 220-unit, four-story community sits on four acres and offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans. Unit sizes range from 650 to 1,500 square feet. Interior features will include spa-like bathrooms, state-of-the-art kitchens, private balconies, oversized closets, ENERGY STAR appliances and nine-foot ceilings. Community amenities include:

The property offers views of Newark Bay, Bayonne and Manhattan. Woodmont Bay Club at Bayonne is located within close proximity to Richard A. Rutkowski and Stephen T. Gregg Park in Bayonne, as well as quick access to the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail and Exchange Place PATH station. Lower Manhattan, Jersey City and Newark can be reached quickly, plus Route 78, 1, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway.
New Jersey has had a busy year in terms of development activity. Recently, Dinallo Construction Corp. and Russo Development opened Waldwick Station, a luxury apartment community in Waldwick, N.J.
