The busy Baltimore-Washington Corridor industrial market welcomed a new office and warehouse building that opened in mid-July in Jessup..

Dosey Run Center, as the new facility is called, was developed by Ridge Development, the industrial development arm of Transwestern Development Co. Its location, at 7801 Dorsey Run Road, places it close to Route 175, Interstate 95, the Baltimore-Washington International Airport and the Baltimore Beltway/I-695, with the Washington Beltway/I-495 and the Port of Baltimore less than 15 miles northwest.

The 156,140-square-foot office and warehouse building is divisible to 60,000 square feet. Features include 32-foot clear heights, 41 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 38 trailer parking spaces and ample parking.

“This building is ideally suited for businesses in a variety of industries and sizes,” Steve Kros, executive vice president at Ridge, said in a prepared statement. “Additionally, the project’s location in the center of the Baltimore-Washington corridor makes it ideal for regional distribution.”

DDR Development, an affiliate of Principal Real Estate Investors LLC, is the owner of the speculative project. The company has retained Transwestern Senior Vice Presidents Tom Gentner and Brian Watts to provide leasing services. According to Transwestern, the building is fully available for lease.
