Walker & Dunlop Adds SVP, Managing Director in Atlanta

Walker & Dunlop has hired Kyle Palmer as senior vice president and managing director of Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales in the company’s Atlanta office. His responsibilities will include originating and executing on private client and middle-market sales of multifamily properties in the Southeastern United States. 

During his almost 13 years of industry experience, Palmer has overseen and completed transactions worth more than $4 billion. His client base featured public institutions, major national and international corporations, government agencies, private family offices and local entrepreneurs. 

Palmer comes to Walker & Dunlop from Marcus & Millichap, where he served first as sales manager, then as vice president & regional manager. During his five-year tenure, he managed the operations of five offices spanning from Atlanta to Texas. His previous roles also include a senior vice president position at NAI Brannen Goddard and an associate director one at GVA Advantis.

Atlanta’s Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales recently secured a $47 million acquisition loan for Starlight U.S. Multi-Family. The Canadian company purchased a Class A, 282-unit multifamily property in the West Midtown submarket in April.
