Vesper Holdings Launches New Student Housing Management Brand Campus Life & Style

By taking ownership of the daily operations through Campus Life & Style, Vesper Holdings will control the property management for its more than 10,000 beds across 12 markets, creating a hospitality experience for residents similar to that of a boutique hotel.

Campus Life & Style brings a fresh approach to student housing, one driven by a higher standard of residential living for college students. With more than 10,000 beds spread across 12 markets, Vesper’s student housing portfolio is one of the largest in the nation.

CLS is helmed by industry veteran Jim Sholders who serves as COO. Prior to joining CLS, Sholders served as senior vice president at American Campus Communities (ACC) and was responsible for the overall fiscal operations, asset management, leasing and personnel supervision over ACC’s 170 property portfolio.

In addition to the launch of CLS, Vesper unveiled its latest project, a 1002-bed property located near University of South Florida in Tampa, Fla. Located at 3424 Jefferson Commons Dr, The Ivy is a high-end student housing community featuring lifestyle programming for its residents, from chef-led cooking classes to fitness classes, to tournaments and games, in addition to luxury services, amenities and design.
