The Multifamily REIT sector placed in the lower half of the chart as it traded at a median discount of 6.4 percent as of September 29.

Preferred Apartment Communities Inc. traded at the greatest premium to NAV at 10.8 percent, followed by Mid-America Apartment Communities Inc. which traded at 5.5 percent premium to NAV as of the last trading day of September.

At the other end of the spectrum, Bluerock Residential Growth REIT Inc. traded at the greatest discount to NAV at 22.2 percent. Apartment Investment and Management Company and NexPoint Residential Trust Inc. also traded at high discounts to NAV at 10.7 percent and 9.8 percent, respectively.
