Maharashtra, India—The Trump brand is entering the Indian real estate market as Panchshil Realty announces the launch of Trump Towers Pune in the cultural capital of Maharashtra. Donald Trump said: “We are thrilled to announce Trump Towers Pune. It will be an amazing building in one of the hottest locations in India. The developers, Panchshil Realty, are a great team of professionals who plan to deliver a product unlike anything else in the region.”
Spread over 2.5 acres in the Kalyani Nagar upscale residential neighborhood of Pune, the development is less than 5 km from the Pune International Airport and within a short distance of numerous malls, schools, hotels and recreational venues. Slated to become one of the tallest residential buildings in the metropolis, Trump Towers Pune will feature 44 luxurious condominiums in two 22-story towers. Each apartment will occupy an entire floor and will feature five bedrooms and a home theatre room. The approximately 6,000-square-foot apartments will all overlook a green park. Trump Towers Pune will include amenities such as pick-up and drop laundry service, concierge service and an exclusive art gallery featuring Varsha Chordia’s private art collection. State-of-the-art leisure facilities will include a fitness center, yoga room, jogging track, swimming pools and kids’ play area. Italian interior designer Matteo Nunziati will design all common areas.
With all final approvals received, construction is already underway and the Trump Towers Pune is expected to be completed by 2015.
