Top Gun Sales Performance, a high-tech sales consulting firm, announced last week it wants to invest $4 million to buy a new headquarters in the city of Mason. Its target is the building at 5155 Financial Way, located along the Mason-Montgomery Road corridor. The move could create more than 200 high-paying jobs in the area in the next five years.

Top Gun will also renovate the building, thanks to an innovative incentive package offered by the city of Mason and Mason Port Authority,  and create a Technical Resource Center for startups in the digital/IT and biohealth sectors. “Mason was our top choice due to its location, infrastructure, available services and leadership. This innovative development package will enable Top Gun Sales to accelerate our growth and maximize the potential of this once vacant building far beyond what we could do by ourselves,” said company president Steve Orson in a press release.

The city of Mason and the Mason Port Authority will provide a $200,000 performance loan incentive. It will secure the company’s investment for 20 years and help with the building expansion and renovation, as well as with the creation of jobs. The city also negotiated a Business Recruitment Services Program incentive with the company. Mason will provide as much as $200,000 in funds, which will in turn generate $500,000 in added economic development resources for the city.

Top Gun Sales Performance is a Mason, Ohio-based company specializing in providing sales consulting and support services to medium and large companies. The company will move into its new headquarters in late spring. It is the seventh Mason economic development success story since October. Seapine Software, StoreFlix, mDynamik, AssureRx, Rhinestahl and Intelligrated all announced headquarters moves or expansions in Mason, bringing in more than $25 million in investments and adding 800 new jobs.
