Three New Major Leasing Projects for CBRE|Raleigh

CBRE|Raleigh was awarded three new major office leasing projects in the Triangle. The properties owned by The Dilweg Companies are located in Cary, Raleigh and Morrisville.

Durham-based real estate firm The Dilweg Companies selected CBRE|Raleigh to be in charge of leasing three office properties in the Triangle. The partnership makes CBRE’s Raleigh branch responsible for nearly 500,000 square feet of rentable office space.

MacGregor Place in Cary, One North Commerce Center in Raleigh and RDU Center III in Morrisville are the three new assets that were added to CBRE|Raleigh’s leasing portfolio.

RDU Center IIMacGregor Place in Cary, One North Commerce Center in Raleigh and RDU Center III in Morrisville are the three new assets in the leasing portfolio of CBRE|Raleigh. 

MacGregor Place is an office property comprises two buildings totaling 87,914 square feet of space. The buildings are centrally located in the SW Cary submarket on Mackenan Drive, just minutes away from Regency Park.

One North Commerce Center features six office buildings totaling 292,388 square feet. Located on the north side of Raleigh, the park is home to tenants such as the City of Raleigh, Mackay Communications and Verizon.

RDU Center III is a Silver LEED certified office property comprising 114,518 square feet. The Class A building has direct access to RDU International Airport and is centrally located, with access to I-40 and I-540.

Ed Pulliam, senior vice president and Lee Clyburn, senior vice president will be handling the properties’ leasing on behalf of CBRE|Raleigh’s agency services team. CBRE’s Raleigh office completed $1.4 billion of sales and leasing transactions in 2014.
