The Harbour Luxury Condo Comes to Biscayne Boulevard

Key International and 13th Floor teamed up to deliver another luxury residential project, this time to North Miami Beach. The team behind the new community has previously worked together on projects like 400 Sunny Isles, Mint, The Ivy, Eden House and 1010 Brickell. The Harbour is a 330-unit waterfront condominium at 16385 Biscayne Boulevard created by Corwil Architects and The Design Agency, an interior designer company based in Toronto.

Key International and 13th Floor Investments teamed up to deliver another luxury residential project, this time to North Miami Beach. The team behind the new community has previously worked together on projects like 400 Sunny Isles, Mint, The Ivy, Eden House and 1010 Brickell. The Harbour is a 330-unit waterfront condominium at 16385 Biscayne Boulevard created by Corwil Architects and The Design Agency, an interior designer company based in Toronto.

The Harbour comprises two mirrored 26-story towers and a marina of over 4.5 acres which is currently awaiting approval. The development will feature seven floor plans per tower with a selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom units and additional penthouses, ranging from 1,032 to 2,442 square feet. The units feature open-concept floor plans, private elevators, expansive private balconies, and smart-home ready technology. Common amenities include a multi-level breezeway lobby, infinity pool, boat rental service, on-site sports courts, children’s playgrounds, fitness center with juice bar, an outdoor restaurant and bar, dog park, outdoor BBQs and a personal activities coordinator service at the private Waterfront Club and Aqua Activities Club. The Harbour will also have a spa with a full range of therapies and treatments including hydrotherapy plunge pools, steam and sauna rooms. Additionally, The Grove Social Lounge will provide a two-story entertainment area and media room exclusive to residents and guests.

Key International Sales is the exclusive brokerage of record for the Harbour with Ivan Ramirez named Director of Sales. Sales will officially begin this November with median prices starting from the $500,000’s.
