This booming cluster of future renters--seniors--is becoming a more important force in property management, and yet we still see the focus on Gen Y.

I started working with senior citizens, elderly renters or older residents–as you may wish to call them–many years ago. Having done a vast amount of study of this group of homeowners, renters, and ultimately nursing and congregate care residents has provided a wealth of information on who they are and what they want.
