The 54-unit community is located a few minutes from the previous Sterling Properties development, RiverBend at Wappinger Falls, and private tours are now being scheduled through the community’s rental manager.

Each unit will include secured private entrances along with balconies and one-car garages. Washers and dryers are also included.

Residences are also pre-wired for Internet, cable television and telephone.
