“This well-located, build-to-suit development offered potential tenants a perfect opportunity to benefit from high-quality, energy efficient new construction; flexible, customizable design; and unmatched access retails amenities and major area expressways and thoroughfares,” Albert Lindeman, senior vice president at SVN | Chicago Commercial, said. According to Lindeman, the new location will also allow Northwest Health Care Associates to accommodate future growth in a cost-effective manner.

Northwest Health Care Associates’ new office will be located at the intersection of the I-90 and Barrington Road, roughly 30 miles away from downtown Chicago. The building will be built right across from AMITA Health Hoffman Estates, Illinois-St. Alexius Medical Center SAM.
