Southeast San Antonio Apartment Community Now For Sale

San Antonio—Marcus & Millichap announced it has obtained the exclusive listing to market for sale Reserve at Lone Oak, a 200-unit apartment community in San Antonio. The price is to be determined by the market.
“The property is a newly constructed asset in a growing metropolitan area,” said Joe James, vice president of investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office. “Population growth within a 3-mile area around Reserve at Lone Oak is expected to exceed 7.3 percent through the year 2020.”
James and Kent Myers, also vice presidents of investments in the firm’s Austin office, are representing the seller, the Texas-based development company MacDonald Cos.
Reserve at Lone Oak is located at 20005 Liedecke Road in southeast San Antonio, approximately 25 minutes from downtown and within a mile of the intersection of the Charles William Anderson Loop (FM 1604) and Interstate 37. In close proximity is the Eagle Ford oilfield and Brooks City-Base, a mixed-use community on the former Brooks Air Force Base that’s 13 miles away. The largest employment hub in the city, home to USAA’s corporate campus and San Antonio Medical Center, is within 28 miles.
The apartment community sits on approximately 21 acres and offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 768 to 1,316 square feet. Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with beach entry and sun shelf, clubhouse, barbecue grills with seating area, covered parking, playground, dog park and billiards room.
