- Jan 22, 2015
Bozeman, Mont.—Braxton Development, a Montana-based developer, broke ground on a new $30 million, multifamily project in northeast Oklahoma located at the corner of 51st Street South and 145th East Avenue. These 248-unit Class A luxury apartments will be built in Broken Arrow, the largest suburb of Tulsa. Creekside Apartment Homes is scheduled to open this summer.
The community is set to include 12 two- and three-story garden style buildings and various unit floor plans will range from 727 – 1,368 square feet. All units will have a private patio or balcony and are to contain ceramic tile flooring and walk-in closets. A selection of homes will have a glass-enclosed shower, garden tub, double bowl sinks and first floor homes will have wood grain flooring.
Andrew Braxton, Braxton developer and co-owner, said, “These apartments will set the standard in Broken Arrow as one of the finest, most aesthetically-pleasing and functionally-designed communities in the market.”
Other amenities will consist of 9-foot ceilings and crown molding in unit design. Apartments will also include a full-size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with Energy Star appliances, pantry and refrigerator with icemaker, built-in microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar.
Upon completion, the pet-friendly community will include a resident clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center and business center. In addition, there are plans to build a resort-style swimming pool, grilling station, outdoor fireplace, recycling center, cyber café with Wi-Fi and a dog park.
Creekside was designed by SGN+A Architects in Decatur, Ga. The civil engineer for the project is Sisemore, Weisz and Associates Inc., and the general contractor for the development is Key Construction.
