Richman Group Closes on Fifth New Community in 12 Months

The Richman Group of Florida, Inc. launched construction on its fifth multifamily luxury residential project it closed on in the last 12 months.

Kendall, Fla.—The Richman Group of Florida, Inc. launched construction on its fifth multifamily luxury residential project it closed on in the last 12 months.

Azura1Azura, a $47 million luxury apartment community in Kendall is officially underway. The 240-unit community includes eight three-story garden style buildings with two lush courtyards in the middle and a resort pool with a separate 6,683-square-foot two-level clubhouse. Completion is slated for Summer 2016.

Azura will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 667 to 1,295 square feet featuring ceramic tile floors, kitchen islands, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryers and private balconies.

Azura2The property’s Spanish-influenced architecture is prevalent in the modern Mediterranean themed clubhouse with contemporary amenities including a club room with a sports bar, fireside lounge, coffee bar, media and game room, professional fitness center, yoga/spin studio and an expansive outdoor terrace.
