Renaissance Centro Opens Harrison at Reston Town Center

Another apartment community is now open in the Washington, D.C. area. Called Harrison at Reston Town Center, it offers 360 luxury apartments. Almost 20 percent of these are already pre-leased.

A hot Northern Virginia neighborhood can now accommodate more residents. Harrison at Reston Town Center is offering 360 luxury apartments in Reston, Va., and almost 20 percent have already been pre-leased.

Renaissance Centro developed the new apartment community, which is located at 1800 Jonathan Way. The Harrison features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes, ranging in size from 674 to 1,504 square feet. According to the community’s website, rents start from $1,855 per month and extend to $6,605 per month.

The Harrison offers more than 28,000 square feet of amenity space. The community features a fitness studio, a four-lane indoor lap pool, a resident’s lounge, a media room, a culinary center, a business center, a dog park and even a bar with Starbucks coffee and other beverages. It also includes an underground parking garage with spaces for 440 cars.

Albert Small Jr., the founder of Renaissance Centro, said in a news release that The Harrison is his company’s most modern and luxurious multifamily community to date. Renaissance Centro has 30 years of experience developing single-family residences, high-end condominiums, rental apartment communities and mixed-use urban properties. In the Reston area, it has two other multifamily communities, Stratford House and Carlton House.
