Locally based Buzzworks has sold the 102-unit Digit 1919 in Dallas to Porgest Properties, a Modesto, Calif., trust. The seller completed the property in late 2017 and worked with KWA Construction to build the community. According to Yardi Matrix data, the development was financed through an $8.8 million construction loan from Great Southern Bank.

Situated at 1919 S. Akard St. in the Cedars neighborhood, the property is surrounded by plenty of dining, retail and entertainment options. Digit 1919 is within walking distance of public transportation and just 4 miles south of downtown Dallas.

The asset consists of one- and two-bedroom apartments with floorplans ranging from 685 to 1,145 square feet in a four-story building. Interior features include 11-foot ceilings, keyless entry and app-controlled thermostats. Residents have access to the pool of the nearby Lorenzo Hotel and to amenities such as covered parking, bike racks and on-site dog wash. Digit 1919 was 96.1 percent leased as of February, per Yardi Matrix.
