Pulte Homes Debuts Phase II of Enclave at VillageWalk

Orlando, Fla.—Pulte Homes has announced the opening of the second phase at Enclave at VillageWalk, a luxury gated community in the Lake Nona submarket of the Orlando MSA.
Located at 11754 Savona Way off Lake Nona Blvd. in southeast Orlando, Enclave at VillageWalk is minutes from Southeast Orlando’s Medical City complex, and in close proximity to the Central Florida GreeneWay, Florida State Road 528 and the Orlando International Airport. The master plan offers 144 home sites for new homes. Floor plans can range in size from 3,188 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet of living area and include three to six bedrooms with three to seven full baths. Phase 2 introduces waterfront and preserve view home sites, which were not available previously.
Homeowners at the community have access to the amenities in VillageWalk at Lake Nona, including a resort style pool and spa, a lap pool, clay tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness center, ballroom, library, and activities planned for all ages by a full time on-site lifestyle director. VillageWalk at Lake Nona has its own town center with a gas station, deli and pizza parlor, hair styling salon, massage spa and pet grooming shop.
According to Marketing Director Lyndsey Patterson, new homes are priced from $600.000 to $1 million.
