A brand new office building is taking shape in Southeast Denver. Prime West Cos. recently broke ground on One Belleview Station, a 320,000-square-foot Class AA office building located next to the Denver Tech Center.

Designed by Gensler and developed by Prime West in collaboration with Goldman Sachs, One Belleview Station is part of the 42-acre Belleview Station master plan that will incorporate a quality mix of office, housing and retail space. Front Range Land & Development Co. is the master developer for the mixed-use project. Scheduled for delivery in the fall of 2016, the transit-oriented development will aim for LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

“One Belleview Station is customized to the needs of modern office users,” said Steve Clarke, CEO of Prime West in a news release. “The two minute walk to RTD’s Belleview Station platform, I-25 visibility and access, intelligent floor plate efficiency, and a robust array of walkable amenities allows tenants to optimize the combination of multi-model connectivity and a high-quality work environment,” he explained.

Located at the northwest quadrant of I-25 and E. Belleview Ave., the 16-story office building will feature a lobby with coffee bar, first-floor dining, and on-site fitness center. Belleview Station is conveniently located close to popular destinations such as the Denver Zoo, the Denver Athletic Center and the Denver Art Museum.

Cushman & Wakefield senior directors Ryan Stout and Nathan Bradley are handling leasing operations for the project.
