Preleasing Begins on Chattanooga Luxury Development

Housing Trust Group has begun preleasing at a new luxury community in Chattanooga, Tenn. Rents range between $850 and $999 per month.

Forest Cove Construction 3Chattanooga, Tenn.—Housing Trust Group has developed Forest Cove Apartments, a 120-unit luxury community in Chattanooga, Tenn., that is scheduled to open on May 1.

Located at 7674 E. Brainerd Road, the community has already begun leasing the units.

Forest Cove Apartments consist of one-bedroom units starting at $850 a month and two-bedroom units starting at $999 a month. Residences include nine-foot vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances including microwaves, ceiling fans, spacious closets and private balconies or patios.

“Our philosophy is to deliver high-quality communities at competitive pricing,” Rieger says. “At Forest Cove, our team has designed and built one of the most luxurious modern rental communities in the area with very unique amenities.”

Community-wide amenities include a saltwater swimming pool, yoga studio, lush greenery and park space, a dog park, garages and a well-developed discount program for renters with local retailers.

Residents at Forest Cove will have the opportunity to participate in a Preferred Employer Program that waives fees and offers additional discounts. Participating employers include Volkswagen, Amazon, Unum Insurance, Erlanger Hospital East, Memorial Hospital, the Hamilton County Department of Education, 911 Center and Police Department and the Chattanooga Police and Fire departments.

The East Brainerd Community, conveniently located between downtown Chattanooga and the Chattanooga Regional Airport, has a per capita income 61 percent greater than the Tennessee average and is home to the Hamilton Place Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in the State.
