PGIM Real Estate Finance has made two new additions to its St. Louis office: Richard Orf as deputy chief underwriter and Tiffany Baymiller as closing manager within the firm’s Federal Housing Administration lending platform. Orf will report to Chief Underwriter Rick Sherman and will be in charge of overseeing transactions, managing client relationships and ensuring an efficient collaboration between the origination and underwriting teams. In her turn, Baymiller will be responsible for closing FHA loans.

A graduate of the University of Missouri, Orf came to PGIM from Berkadia, where he held a similar function. He has gathered more than 15 years of commercial real estate and capital markets experience while working for companies such as GE Real Estate and CitiMortgage.

Baymiller comes from RED Capital Group where she was a vice president leading the FHA closing team. Prior to this, she was a director of commercial operations with Whittier Title Co. and TitleFirst Agency Inc. Baymiller holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio Dominican University.
